Do you ever wonder if your team is fully aligned? We’ve got three quick signs to look out for:
First, clear objectives.
Everyone on your team should know the main goals. So if you ask, what’s our top objective, and you get the same answer from everybody on the team, that’s a good sign.
Number two, consistent communication.
Regular updates and check-ins keep everybody on the same page. If your team frequently discusses roadblocks and progress, alignment. It’s probably happening.
And third, measurable results.
Teams that track their progress and adjust their strategies all based on data usually are pretty well aligned. So if your goals are measurable and they’re tracked regularly, then yeah, you’re probably pretty well aligned.
