About Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®)

The Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) course is a beginner-friendly introduction to the Product Owner role and the product thinking behind it. You’ll learn how Scrum works, how to define product vision and goals, understand customers, make trade-offs, prioritize work based on value, and build a Product Backlog that gives the team clear direction.
You’ll also explore how effective Product Owners work with stakeholders and developers, test assumptions through feedback, and decide what is worth building next.
