About Scrum Product Development Boot Camp
The Scrum Product Development Boot Camp is a 4-day immersive learning experience that goes beyond certification to give you a practical, hands-on understanding of Scrum in action. Rather than studying Scrum, Scrum Mastery, and Product Ownership as separate topics, this boot camp integrates them into a single learning journey, showing how Scrum Teams collaborate to turn ideas into valuable, working products.

This immersive approach helps you build real-world skills in facilitation, collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and product direction.
