About Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)
Scrum is simple to describe. Making it work with real people, shifting priorities, and complex work is harder. The CSM® gives you the foundation to understand both the Scrum framework and the thinking behind it.
This beginner-friendly course starts with the fundamentals, including Scrum Team accountabilities, events, artifacts, and the Agile principles and values behind them.
