Enterprise Agile Coach, SAFe® Trainer (SPC) & OKR Coach
David Hardy is an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach with more than 25 years in IT, spanning software development, product management, and leadership roles. Since 2015, he has specialized in the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), both coaching organizations and teaching licensed SAFe courses. David has guided transformations across industries including energy, government, and finance, helping leaders and teams adopt agile practices that drive real business outcomes.
David has also implemented OKRs at a number of organizations. At a recent engagement with a banking client, when teams started presenting their progress towards OKRs to the senior leadership team instead of the usual agile vanity metrics, it was a game changer for the visibility of the value generated by the team.
Based in Houston, Texas, David enjoys life with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he can often be found cooking, reading, hiking, or cycling.
