David Hardy

David Hardy is an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach with more than 25 years in IT, spanning software development, product management, and leadership roles. Since 2015, he has specialized in the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), both coaching organizations and teaching licensed SAFe courses. Dave has guided transformations across industries including energy, government, and finance, helping leaders and teams adopt agile practices that drive real business outcomes.

Based in Houston, Texas, Dave enjoys life with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he can often be found cooking, reading, hiking, or cycling.
