Throughout his career, Richard has worked with a wide range of organizations, including industry giants like Nasdaq Stock Market and Progressive Insurance, innovative leaders like Dashlane and The Motley Fool, and esteemed federal agencies such as the Office of Personnel Management and the Department of Defense. His expertise has also empowered non-profits and associations, including the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators and the Association of American Medical Colleges.

Richard’s contributions to the Agile community extend beyond his work with clients. As a long-standing member of the Scrum Alliance®’s Trainer Approval Committee, he plays a pivotal role in certifying and mentoring the next generation of Scrum Alliance® Certified Trainers.
