OKRs versus KPIs. Two terms we hear a lot. They’re both similar and related, but what’s the difference?
OKRs, or Objectives and Key Results, are about setting ambitious goals and tracking progress. KPIs, or Key Performance Indicators, measure your ongoing performance. Think of OKRs as where you want to go.
KPIs show you how you’re doing along the way. They’re both important, but they both serve different purposes.
