With so many of us working remote these days, we might run into particular challenges when it comes to OKR. But don’t worry, I’ve got you covered. We have some tips to help you master OKRs while you’re at home. First, set clear and achievable objectives and make sure everybody on your team knows what those objectives are. Second, use collaboration tools like Trello, Asana, or Kanban Zone to track your transparency and your progress in tasks. Don’t forget about regular check ins, weekly or bi weekly meetings to make sure everybody’s on the same page. Celebrate the small win. Recognize and reward achievements to keep morale high.
